Description:
Position for X-Ray Technologist is available.
The schedule involves day shifts with start times varying between 8 AM and 10:30 AM.
Daily caseload averages around 220.
This role requires a total of 40 hours of guaranteed work each week.
Weekend and holiday rotation is required.
No on-call duty is expected.
Candidates must be experienced in performing portables and working in various departments.
Experience with Epic and Enterprise Sectra PACS is necessary.
The facility operates with a focus on patient care for all age groups including neonates, adolescents, and geriatrics.
The daily census is between 25-30 patients.
The unit consists of two rooms.
All general radiology work is required.
Special procedures include bed-side and portable procedures.
The candidate must possess the ability to prepare and administer contrast media.
Floating within the service line may be necessary.
Certification in Advanced Radiology is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and vascular studies is essential.
A strong foundation in both emergency department protocols and acute care settings is beneficial.
