We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! If you enjoy working with numbers, collaborating with others, and helping improve processes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Assist with payroll and financial reporting

Maintain accurate financial records

Work in QuickBooks to manage daily accounting tasks

Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes

What We're Looking For

Previous bookkeeping experience (preferred)

Experience with QuickBooks is strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others

Someone who enjoys being part of the solution and is always looking for ways to improve processes
