**What You'll Do:**
- Lead property operations and guide your team to success.
- Develop and manage annual budgets while maintaining occupancy levels.
- Oversee the hiring, performance, and development of staff.
- Ensure compliance with policies, manage rent collection, and handle delinquent accounts.
- Direct marketing and leasing activities to maintain targeted occupancy.
- Supervise maintenance and community relations, ensuring a pleasant living environment for residents.
- Collaborate with the Regional Supervisor to achieve budgetary goals.

**What We're Looking For:**
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience in property management.
- Recommended certifications such as CAM or ARM.
- Strong language, math, and reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Commitment to ongoing training in fair housing, section 42, and leasing.
