What You’ll Do

As an Overnight Crew Team Member, you’ll help keep our restaurant operating smoothly throughout the night by:

• Providing friendly customer service at the front counter and drive-thru

• Preparing McDonald’s World Famous menu items quickly and accurately

• Working in both the kitchen and guest service areas

• Cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant to McDonald’s standards

• Completing overnight food safety and quality procedures

• Stocking inventory and preparing workstations for the morning team

• Assisting with routine equipment cleaning and maintenance

• Working closely with your overnight teammates to deliver outstanding service

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized restaurant
