General Manager - Sales Leadership

Up to $110,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus + Weekly Pay

We're looking for a General Manager to lead our Evansville market. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully developed high-performing one-call close sales teams and knows how to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable to consistently deliver results.

If you've led teams in home improvement, HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, baths, gutters, security systems, solar, foundation repair, pest control, or other in-home sales organizations , we want to talk with you.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time in the field coaching representatives, sharpening closing skills, improving conversion rates, and building a culture of winning.

Build a High-Performance Sales Culture

• Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
• Coach representatives on the complete one-call close sales process , from rapport building through overcoming objections and earning the customer's business.
• Conduct ride-alongs and in-home coaching to improve closing percentages.
• Lead impactful sales meetings focused on skill development, product knowledge, accountability, and competition.
• Develop future sales leaders within your organization.

Drive Sales Results

• Lead a branch focused on in-home consultative sales.
• Improve close rates, average sale, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
• Analyze KPIs to identify coaching opportunities and improve team performance.
• Hold sales professionals accountable to activity, quality, and production expectations.
• Create a culture where success is measured, celebrated, and consistently replicated.

Lead From the Front

• Work directly alongside your sales team in the field.
• Coach live sales appointments when necessary.
• Help representatives overcome objections and master the psychology of closing.
• Be the leader your team calls when they need help winning the deal.

Operate a Successful Branch

• Manage sales, operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Partner closely with installation and operations teams to deliver a five-star customer experience.
• Review financial performance, branch KPIs, and forecasting to drive continued growth.

Required Experience

• 5+ years leading high-performing sales organizations
• Proven success managing one-call close sales teams
• Experience coaching sales professionals to consistently exceed goals
• Track record of improving close rates and developing top performers
• Experience hiring, training, and retaining successful salespeople

Compensation

• Up to $110,000 Base Salary
• Quarterly Performance Bonuses
