Responsibilities
The collaborating physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients' designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group. APNs working with the collaborating physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients. As a collaborating physician you will:
- Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions
- Regularly performs annual chart reviews
- Consults with APN ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality
- Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Qualifications
- Active/unrestricted medical physician license
- Board certified required
- Residency completion required
- 1 year experience in healthcare management
- Experience with risk adjustment
- Must reside in South Carolina

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
