Our growing neonatal practice is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Neonatologist to serve as Medical Director and lead an outstanding NICU team at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Practice Highlights

• The Forsyth Winston Salem practice is a Level III NICU providing comprehensive critical care services for the region's most vulnerable newborns

• More than 750 NICU admissions annually with an average daily census (ADC) exceeding 32 infants

• Approximately 4,500 deliveries annually

• Dedicated neonatal transport team

• Advanced NICU services include:
  • Bubble CPAP
  • High-frequency ventilation
  • Inhaled nitric oxide therapy
  • Therapeutic hypothermia (cooling)
  • Dedicated neonatal transport team
  • Family-centered care model
• Call-from-home physician schedule

• 24/7 in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) coverage
