BHS Workforce is seeking a travel nurse RN Occupational Health for a travel nursing job in Vacaville, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 24 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requirements: Active RN license in state of practice (or compact license as applicable) BSN preferred; ADN accepted per facility policy BLS certification required COHN (Certified Occupational Health Nurse) preferred 1 years of employee health/occupational health experience required Familiarity with OSHA regulations, immunization protocols, and workplace injury/illness management Duties: Provide health services and clinical care for facility employees, including illness and injury evaluation Conduct new hire health screenings, immunizations, and annual health assessments (TB testing, flu shots, titers) Manage workplace exposure incidents (bloodborne pathogen, infectious disease) per facility protocol Coordinate workers' compensation case management, including injury documentation and follow-up care Educate employees on workplace safety, infection prevention, and wellness initiatives Ensure compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements Collaborate with HR, department leaders, and occupational medicine providers on employee health matters Accurately document assessments, treatments, and case management activities in the EMR Support health promotion and wellness programs for staff Respond to on-site employee medical emergencies and provide first aid/triage as needed BHS Workforce Job ID 37946071.
