Quality Assurance Engineer

• Create, execute, and maintain software test plans, test cases, and automated testing solutions
• Perform application testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability
• Identify, validate, document, and track software defects through resolution
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reporting within the ticketing system
• Collaborate with development teams to isolate issues and ensure timely defect remediation
• Support configuration management, change management, and release management processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by enhancing testing methodologies and automation capabilities
• Ensure software releases meet quality standards and user requirements
• Experience in software quality assurance, testing, and defect tracking
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking and ticketing systems
• Understanding of configuration, change, and release management practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
