Client Services Representative

Miller Management is hiring a part‑time Client Services Representative to service our ever‑growing non‑profit client base. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented problem solver with great customer service skills and a heart for serving others. Our mission is to provide expertise that brings clarity to finances enabling leadership to have confidence in decision making. Position Overview This is a part‑time, non‑exempt position. Compensation is based on education and experience. Primary Responsibilities Process weekly and monthly accounts payable for a block of assigned clients. Process bank deposits and bank transactions as needed. Process donor contributions as required. Distribute internal client work for processing as needed. Assist team members when workload necessitates. Assist with special projects as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Skills Summary High school diploma or equivalent. Detail oriented. Excellent problem solver. Organized. Enjoys multi‑tasking. Prioritization skills.
