HVAC Installer

Join a growing residential HVAC team as either a Lead Installer or Helper, installing and servicing systems in homes and small businesses across multiple counties. You will work on a variety of residential installation projects, using your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems, including ductwork and related components, in homes and small businesses.
• Run installation jobs independently as a Lead Installer, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Train, guide, and work alongside a Helper on job sites, delegating tasks and supporting their development toward a future lead role.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and impact drills to perform installation, construction, and HVAC-related tasks.
• Read and follow job plans and instructions provided at dispatch from the shop when new projects begin.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at each job site, following OSHA safety standards.
• Drive and care for a company vehicle, using it to travel to project locations and, when approved, taking it home as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and office staff to coordinate schedules, project timelines, and site requirements.
• Provide an extra set of hands and support the Lead Installer as a Helper, learning installation techniques and best practices.
• Travel to residential install projects across Licking, Coshocton, Muskingum, Guernsey, and Perry counties, and from Columbus when required.

Essential Skills:

• For Lead Installers: Approximately 3–4 years of HVAC installation experience, with strong skills that may outweigh exact years of experience.
• Proven ability to run residential HVAC installation jobs independently from start to finish.
• Experience working in residential construction and HVAC install environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with HVAC systems, duct work, and installation processes.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Zanesville, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr. Full benefits dental medical vision 401k short/long term disability.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in Zanesville, OH.
