The Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for helping to build and improve the processes that keep the business growing. You'll be part of a team that enables information which empowers various internal customers, improving the experience for our policyholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Support regulatory / financial / business reporting.
• Document Report Requests and Updates.
• Profile downstream data to find anomalies and potential data issues
• Create SQL scripts for reporting.
• Utilize PowerBI / other dashboarding programs

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with the following:

• Bachelors w/ 2+ years relevant experience.
• Ability to understand data structures / find relationships.
• Experience with Visio / Process Flows
• Experience with version control systems (Github, Devops, etc)
• Experience with Analytics / BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos
• Collaborate with internal customers and communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals
• Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Insurance experience preferred.
• Passionate about information

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $95,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
