Dental Health Therapist

Dental Hygienist Pay range $45–52 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Compensation includes a bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity and monthly bonuses based on office performance. Responsibilities Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient. Provide direct patient care—including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures—under the general supervision of a dentist. Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer same‑day care. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs of patients while reviewing medical history. Assist with dental and perio charting. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
