We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team onsite in Salt Lake City, UT.

This is more than a traditional finance role. You'll serve as a trusted business partner to operations leaders, leading analysis and influencing decisions that directly impact manufacturing performance, cost competitiveness, and long-term growth. Working at the intersection of finance and operations, you'll transform data into actionable insights and help drive excellence across a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment.

As a key member of our collaborative U.S. Finance team, you'll work closely with the business and corporate finance to support critical business decisions. Whether evaluating capital investments, improving manufacturing costs, or strengthening financial processes, your work will help shape the future of a facility that plays a vital role in supplying materials used in the world's most advanced aerospace applications.

What you will do:

• Serve as a key finance business partner to the leadership team by providing Financial Planning and Analysis support, particularly by maturing and streamlining financial frameworks to enable increased management rigor across the various dimensions of the business.
• Lead manufacturing cost improvement for all products, including feedback on estimated manufacturing costs for future programs, identification of focus areas for cost, and execution of identified initiatives.
• Support the operation of the business through performance of working-level professional accounting work to and participating in monthly financial close process.
• Support the capital expenditure planning and execution process for medium to high complexity projects to ensure highest returns on net assets and investments.
• Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions. Support both internal and external audits of financial controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (Accounting preferred)
• Advanced degree such as a MBA, MAcc, CPA or CMA preferred
• 2+ years of experience in operational finance or manufacturing
• Cost accounting experience
• Demonstrated evidence partnering with various levels of organizations
• Familiarity with MRP systems, with Journal Entries and advanced Excel skills
