Travel Case Manager RN - $3,340 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska.

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8 (Monday–Friday business hours; shift times between 0700–1700)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pediatric patient care from admission to discharge.
• Develop and manage discharge plans.
• Assess patient needs and arrange post-discharge services (DME, home health, etc.).
• Perform utilization review and verify medical necessity.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
• Document care in Epic EMR.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and CMS guidelines.
• Educate patients and families and facilitate safe, timely discharges.
• Float within Case Management services as needed.
• Requirements
  Active Alaska RN license (required for Auto Offer; pending license may be screened but license must be in hand before offer)
  Minimum 2 years RN Case Management experience
  Acute care hospital experience required
  Pediatric/NICU experience required
  Epic EMR experience required (hard stop, negotiable only for exceptional candidates)
