QA/QC Manager

Manassas, Virginia| On site |Contract | $67–$84 per hour

Own the quality program for prefabricated containment installation at a hyperscale data center.

What you will do

• Build and execute the inspection and test plan, including hold and witness points for anchors, frames, module connections and finish work.
• Verify installation instructions, calibrated torque records and special inspections where required.
• Direct the QC Inspector, resolve nonconformances and assemble acceptance records and turnover packages.

What we are looking for

• 7+ years in construction QA/QC, including inspection and test plan development and execution.
• Working knowledge of drawings, post-installed anchors, bolted connections and controlled quality records.
• OSHA 30 Construction; data center experience and ASQ credentials are valued.

Assignment details

Expected start: November 2026. Project installation is scheduled through May 2027; actual assignment length depends on the project schedule. Expected schedule: five 10-hour shifts per week (50 hours), with 40 regular hours and 10 overtime hours. Overtime beyond 40 hours in a workweek is paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate.
