Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language intervention as planned by a supervising Speech Language Pathologist
• Support a caseload of approximately 60-65 students in grades K-12, adapting strategies to individual needs
• Implement activities that address speech, language, and communication goals
• Maintain accurate records and document progress as required
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to reinforce therapy objectives in the classroom setting
• Contribute to IEP meetings as directed and prepare relevant materials for student sessions

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Texas SLPA license (required); candidates must have completed all clinical hours
• Prior experience working in schools or with K-12 populations is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage a school-based caseload
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must complete or verify fingerprints via the Texas Education Agency (TEA); process may take up to 10 business days
