Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from sourcing through offer stage while partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a strong hiring experienc e. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional roles Source, screen, and interview candidates Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system updates Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights Support process improvements and recruiting initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 3+ years of recruiting experience or related talent acquisition experience Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Details Potential for conversion: Yes Pay: $40–41/hour PrideGlobal and it's affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
