Pay & Bonuses OTR Pay (per mile): 5+ yrs: $0.60 4 yrs: $0.59 3 yrs: $0.58 2 yrs: $0.57 1 yr: $0.56 6–12 mos: $0.54 0–6 mos: $0.52 Regional Pay (home every weekend): 5+ yrs: $0.62 4 yrs: $0.61 3 yrs: $0.60 2 yrs: $0.59 1 yr: $0.58 0–12 mos: $0.54 Extra Pay & Bonuses: Performance bonus: up to $600 quarterly Seniority bonus: $500–$2,500 annually Why Drive for Cypress?
