Caregiver – ADL & iADL Support
Orange, CA
Full-Time / Part-Time Available
We are looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our team in the City of Orange. If you enjoy helping others and making a positive difference in their daily lives, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities
As a caregiver, you will provide personalized support to our older adult loved ones who need assistance maintaining comfort, safety, and independence at home.
ADL Assistance
Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Dressing and toileting assistance
Mobility and transfer support
Feeding assistance when needed
Incontinence care
Companionship and emotional support
iADL Assistance
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Grocery shopping and errands
Laundry and linen changes
Transportation to appointments or activities
Organizing daily routines and ensuring client safety

Qualifications
Previous caregiving experience required
Experience with both ADLs and iADLs preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Valid driver’s license, Insurance and reliable transportation preferred
CNA or HCA certification is a plus, but not required

Available Shifts
We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, including:
Day Shifts
7:00 am – 3:00 pm
8:00 am – 4:00 pm
9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Morning Shifts
8:00 am – 12:00 pm
9:00 am – 1:00 pm
10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Overnight Shifts
7:00 pm – 7:00 am
8:00 pm – 8:00 am
Extended Shifts
7:00 am – 7:00 pm
8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Afternoon / Evening Shifts
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Pay & Benefits
$18–$22 per hour (based on experience and client need)
5 sick days plus holiday pay

Caregiver Requirements
Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers, if necessary
Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
