What You'll Be Doing As a Restaurant Host, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and Welcoming Guests : Be the first smiling face our guests see as they walk through the door. Seating & Waitlist Management : Organize seating arrangements and manage the waitlist efficiently to ensure smooth service. Phone & Reservations Support : Answer calls, assist with reservations, and provide helpful information to guests. Front Desk Organization : Keep the front desk area clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times. Guest Assistance : Be ready to assist guests with any special needs or requests to enhance their dining experience. What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings warmth and professionalism to the role. To succeed as a Restaurant Host, you should have: Friendly and Professional Communication Skills : A welcoming demeanor and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members. Ability to Multitask and Stay Calm Under Pressure : Juggling multiple tasks while maintaining composure is key in this role. Physical Stamina : Comfortable standing for long periods during your shift. Availability : Weekend and holiday availability is preferred to help us serve our guests during peak times. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
