Registered Nurse - ED Float

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to serve as Market Float ED RNs for multiple emergency departments. Key Responsibilities Include Providing emergency care for diverse and urgent medical needs Leading the healthcare team by establishing genuine, personalized relationships with patients and their support systems Collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death Utilizing scientific evidence and compassion to guide patient navigation through their health journey Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred Current RN licensure in the appropriate state required One year of relevant experience preferred Ability to treat all types of emergent needs Must have or obtain necessary certifications as required Additional Details Position involves floating across four local EDs Shift options include days and mids, with 12-hour shifts starting at various times Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance may be available #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic
