Position: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Glendale Heights, IL
Salary: Based on exp.
Shift: 2 nd shift 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM
Position: Direct Hire
Start date: Asap

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

· Build positive relationships with your co-workers and be the point of contact for on-shift quality questions.

· Work closely with production and quality control teams to help coordinate client specific productions of finished goods.

· Identify components, process and finished goods that are not meeting quality standards.

· Communicate failures and results to Line Leads and Management.

· Ensure effective corrective actions have been put in place.

· Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is essential.

· Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

· Work on your feet, a warm environment during summer, and the ability to read labels.

· Work in a diverse production environment.

· Ability to champion safety, quality, and change.

· Ensures completion of in-process inspections/audits per part requirements and supports production as needed.

·Second Shift from 3:30pm to 12:30am

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

· Experience in part-to-part quality inspection.

· Excellent communication skills

· Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)

· Competency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is preferred.

· A history of following through on commitments.

· Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Quality audits: 2 years (Preferred)
