Closing Manager — Lead Operations & Member Experience

You will supervise the Assistant Closing Manager and teams, ensure policy adherence, and deliver a premium member experience. You’ll drive daily execution of GOLD standards, manage audits, and coordinate with leaders to hit KPIs.
