The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. This role oversees and participates in the daily execution of plant maintenance activities, managing the maintenance program based on industry best practices with a focus on planning, scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance. This position is instrumental in the shift toward a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) culture across maintenance and operations. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager on site at our Bismarck, Missouri location.

Job responsibilities include leading and motivating employees to drive positive change, maintaining strong safety, environmental, and process compliance, championing hazard identification, risk assessment, behavior-based safety, and safe maintenance practices, leading maintenance operations during the assigned shift, improving employee engagement and accountability, participating in root cause analysis, driving plant efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring accurate completion of compliance documentation, conducting effective team meetings, job training, SOP/WI training, and safety programs, addressing conflicts promptly, reinforcing IKO values and expectations, communicating effectively across all levels, and maintaining rigorous 5S standards.

Qualifications include a post-secondary degree/diploma, preferably in industrial technology or engineering, business administration, or management, minimum of 3 years industrial leadership experience, ability to work shift work as needed, highly developed interpersonal, leadership, coaching, mentoring, delegation and people management skills, experience with process safety management, proven ability to build morale and continually improve the performance of the team, drive to influence positive change with continuous improvement activities in the areas of safety, quality and productivity, familiarity with regulatory requirements, and established PC & software skills in Microsoft Office applications.
