Laboratory Technician

Overview We are seeking a full‑time Laboratory Technician to perform routine testing, calibrations, and quality assurance in a production environment. Responsibilities Perform laboratory tests as outlined by SOPs. Conduct scheduled calibrations, standardization, and SPC tests. Maintain testing instrumentation and perform routine maintenance. Complete all documentation required to track test validity. Load and manage test data. Maintain a clean, safe work area. Record personal production metrics and meet production targets. Route samples for additional testing as required by SOPs. Store and dispose of samples properly. Comply with local and corporate QAPs and ISO 17025 lab accreditation requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma (or equivalent); laboratory experience preferred. Working knowledge of good laboratory practice. Comfortable in a high‑paced production environment. Physical Demands Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shifts. Clear verbal and written communication. Dexterity in hands and fingers to operate equipment and handle glassware. Average vision sufficient to read reports and operate equipment. Compensation & Benefits Hourly compensation: $20 – $22 per hour.
