How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based nursing care and execute clinical orders with precision, always prioritizing patient safety and organizational excellence.

• Drive the implementation of individualized care plans while dynamically monitoring, recording, and communicating critical shifts in patient conditions.

• Serve as the primary multidisciplinary coordinator, uniting diverse healthcare teams to ensure seamless, holistic, and well-coordinated patient journeys.

• Partner with families and the healthcare team to assess and coordinate thoughtful discharge plans that set patients up for long-term success.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of
  Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
