Provide wound care. • Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards. • Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. • Help coach staff as necessary. Requirements: • Current LPN license in [State] • CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain) • Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome! • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment Salary/ Wage Range Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
