About the Role
Pages Staffing is a staffing and recruiting firm filling a Benefits Specialist opening with a client in the Hartselle, AL area. You'll keep enrollments, deductions, and eligibility accurate and on schedule.
What You'll Do
• Process enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately.
• Reconcile eligibility and payroll deductions each cycle.
• Coordinate qualifying-event changes with carriers and payroll.
• Audit records and support compliance.
What We're Looking For
• 1+ year in benefits administration, HR, or payroll.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and spreadsheet skills.
• Familiar with HRIS or benefits systems.
