Equitable seeks an experienced Lead, Ceded Reinsurance Administration to guide a team responsible for managing ceded life and annuity treaties and related settlements. You will partner with Finance, Product and IT to operationalize treaty transactions and ensure accurate reporting. Reporting to the Director of Reinsurance Administration, you will drive process improvements, oversee monthly/quarterly settlements, and support audits and negotiations, with a hybrid work model including 2–3 days #J-18808-Ljbffr Equitable
