Summary Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with skill acquisition, retention, or improvement in self‑help, socialization, and adaptive skills. Assist in the development and attainment of life goals. Provide support and services to individuals to attain independence, productivity, and integration. Responsibilities Provide individualized care as outlined in the service plan. Prepare documentation and submit reports, including accurate and legible timesheets and travel documents for timely billing and reimbursement. Attend all established or assigned meetings and trainings (3‑day orientation required to begin). Provide First‑Aid/CPR as requested by the participant. Provide safe transport as requested by the participant. Maintain confidentiality. Act in accordance with policies, procedures, and the agency corporate compliance policy. Report suspected or actual violations. Maintain professional decorum at all times.
