Attorney (3+ yrs) - Corporate, Employment & Civil Defense

Corporate Law Attorney – Work directly with business clients to help them achieve their goals by handling entity formation, business acquisitions and sales, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and preparing real estate leases for Missouri and Illinois businesses. Labor & Employment Attorney – Advise public and private sector employers on employee discipline, workplace policies, employment law compliance, public sector employment matters, open meetings, and a wide range of day-to-day workplace issues. Civil Litigation Defense Attorney – Develop litigation strategies, manage cases from inception through resolution, conduct written and oral discovery, draft motions and briefs, and gain meaningful courtroom experience while working alongside experienced litigators. We are seeking attorneys licensed in Missouri and/or Illinois with three or more years of relevant experience who are looking to build their careers in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
