Job Title

Position Summary: This role involves various responsibilities including compliance with company policies, operating forklifts, managing inventory, providing member service, maintaining safety, and ensuring the sales floor and merchandising presentation adhere to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines.
• Manages inventory flow and follows company policy and procedures for utilizing equipment.
• Provides member service by identifying member needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged according to company policy and procedures.
• Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
• Reports poor inventory practices and unsafe conditions or practices.
• Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services.
• Respects the individual by embracing differences and creating a culture of belonging.
• Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance.
• Serves customers and members by delivering results and making decisions based on reliable information.
• Strives for excellence by driving continuous improvements and supporting others through change.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications: Customer Service Experience, Retail Experience, Supervising a team.
