Key job responsibilities- Deeply understand the needs of our Operations stakeholders: You listen effectively to our business stakeholders across Fulfilment Center Operations, DG Operations and Carrier partners and are able to design innovative technical solutions to resolve their pain points. Your prioritization decisions are well-reasoned and customer-based.- Work closely with our technical team: You bring crisp, clear requirements to our engineers and are fully engaged in technical discussions. In addition, you partner well with our Amazon Fulfilment technology partners.- Continuously drive forward progress: You are excellent at creating buy-in for your product vision and decisions. You keep stakeholders aligned and you proactively tackle blockers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
