Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Guided by a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will support daily operations with integrity and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures, property access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or security‑related concerns. Monitor building access points, observe lobby and exterior activity, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other conditions that could impact daily operations. Support property operations by completing incident reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and providing visible presence throughout the location to help deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
