Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-term Care

Location: Garden Isle Rehab & Healthcare - Lihue, HI

Pay: state range $40 to $48 per hour

Qualifications:

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
