We are looking for a dynamic individual with the capacity to efficiently oversee multiple client engagements while also demonstrating proficiency in business development, marketing, and recruitment efforts. Oversee tax planning and compliance functions for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families, ensuringtimely,accuratedelivery of federal, state, and local returns, while proactivelyidentifyingand resolving workflow, technical, or client-related delays. Possesscomprehensive knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, withstrongunderstanding of trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities, and ensure consistent application of tax law and firm standards across all engagements. Perform primary review of complex tax returns, ensuring technical accuracy, proper documentation, and minimal rework, whileidentifyingrecurring issues and driving continuous improvement. Serve as a primaryclientcontact, delivering proactive tax planning insights, responding to inquiries with clarity and urgency, and supporting client meetings and presentations. Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and teamutilization;identifymargin risks, scope creep, or inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve performance and profitability. Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders while promoting accountability and ownership across the engagement team. Provide coaching, training, and real-time feedback to staff; support recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation efforts; and contribute to the continuous development of team capabilities. Leverage tax technology, data tools, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of service delivery. Activelyparticipatein business development efforts, includingidentifyingopportunities, supporting proposals, and expanding client relationships. Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
