  Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Maintain attractive and organized product displays and merchandise arrangements
  • Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability
  • Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability
  • Handle gift wrapping, packaging, and special customer requests
  • Support store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards
• Requirements:
  • Previous retail, customer service, or gift shop experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle basic cash transactions
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light merchandise
  • Positive, team-player attitude with a passion for helping others
