Customer Solutions Associate Location: Hybrid In Office - Must live in the Seattle area Pay Rate: $27.50 per hour Shift: FT 6:00am - 2:30pm What's the Job? Manage incoming calls through the Genesys phone system and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Receive and submit orders on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Facilitate customer credit requests and maintain account settings with updates in CRM and related applications. Track orders using transportation tools and collaborate with carrier customer support when escalations are needed. Identify and resolve demand capture failures within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), while monitoring open orders daily according to the Daily Activity Schedule. What's Needed? Undergraduate degree strongly preferred. 2 years experience in customer care, order management, distribution, inventory management, transportation, demand and supply planning, or related areas is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM systems. What's in it for me?
