About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Accepting pending licenses Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Epic experience - Trauma Level IV experience Description: Provide comprehensive nursing care in an emergency room setting. Manage a patient ratio of 1:4. Demonstrate proficiency in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Administer IV vasopressors and care for ventilated patients. Perform central line care and ensure adherence to isolation precautions. Conduct triage and prioritize patient care based on clinical urgency. Be willing to float to meet facility needs as necessary. Participate in interdisciplinary support alongside respiratory services and rapid response teams. Engage in ongoing education and training as required by facility standards. Work collaboratively with a diverse patient demographic including adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Comply with facility protocols and uphold patient safety standards.
