Responsibilities Provide an exceptional brewhouse experience to our guests as you maintain dining room cleanliness by clearing and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner. Perform station opening/closing setup for each shift. Restock glassware, ice and beverage items. Polish, roll and prepare silverware. Ensure chairs, floors and guest dining areas are clean.
