Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing travel contract with Powerback Rehabilitation in Cedar Grove, New Jersey!

This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with adult and geriatric patients in a rehabilitation environment, with a consistent Monday–Friday day schedule and 40 hours per week .

Position Overview

You'll provide individualized physical therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery and other conditions affecting mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Provide gait training, balance activities and therapeutic exercise
• Address strength, mobility, transfers and functional limitations
• Work with patients recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Collaborate with nursing, OT, SLP and other rehabilitation professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Participate in discharge planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
