Physical Therapist (PT)
\nLocation: Batavia, IL
\nSchedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
\nPay: $43-53/hour, negotiable based on experience
\nWe are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join an in-house rehabilitation team in Batavia, IL Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent DPT graduate, this opportunity offers a supportive clinical environment, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on patient outcomes.

- Full-Time: 30–40 hours/week \n
- Day shift \n
- No required weekends or holidays, may pick up on a volunteer basis \n
- No on-call \n
- Relocation assistance available, if needed \n
- State licensure reimbursement available, if needed \n
- Employee rewards and recognition program for eligible full-time employees \n
- Up to $50,000 toward student loans for qualified and selected Physical Therapists \n
About the Role
\nThe Physical Therapist will join an in-house therapy team caring primarily for older adults requiring short-term rehabilitation or skilled nursing care.
\nThe patient population includes individuals recovering from acute medical events, major surgeries, joint replacements, strokes, cardiac and pulmonary conditions, wound care needs, renal disease, and other complex medical conditions.
\nClinicians should be proactive, focused on patient outcomes, and willing to incorporate technology into care, including body-weight-supported gait training and virtual reality.
\nQualifications

- Graduate of a DPT program \n
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain \n
- Current BLS certification \n
- New graduates are welcome to apply \n
- Net Health experience is preferred but not required \n
- Strong focus on quality care and patient outcomes \n
