Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 7727 LAKE UNDERHILL RD City: ORLANDO State: Florida Postal Code: 32822 Job Description: Shift: Days- flexibility required

• Works with the Regional Orthopedic Institute team to develop and review orthopedic clinical policies and procedures.
• Develops patient education and community outreach materials in collaboration with marketing to inform the community and increase market share.
• Monitors performance metrics and ensures compliance with activities required to achieve and maintain practice-specific certifications.
• Conducts daily rounds on in-patients with physicians to ensure desired patient outcomes and coordinates care issues with the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborates with case management on post-op discharge planning and strategies to decrease length of stay.

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:
• 1+ orthopedic nursing and informal/ formal leadership experience [Required]
• 1+ project management and/or process improvement of orthopedic related experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Certified Orthopaedic Nurse (ONC) [Preferred]

Pay Range: $68,132.50 - $119,520.35 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
