Our team is composed of experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to fostering a positive recovery journey for patients of all ages.Work EnvironmentThis position is situated in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, which is designed to facilitate recovery and enhance patient outcomes. Operated onsite, our clinic features advanced treatment modalities and a collaborative atmosphere where professionals work together to achieve common goals. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific goals and needs.Manage a reasonable caseload, providing each patient with undivided attention and high-quality care during their sessions.Utilize expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to effectively address conditions related to musculoskeletal injuries.Implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at restoring movement and enhancing functional performance.Focus on promoting non-surgical interventions, thereby minimizing dependency on medication and invasive procedures.Design comprehensive rehabilitation programs incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques to support patient recovery.Encourage patient engagement in their recovery process through motivational support and education.Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Document all patient interactions and treatment modifications using EMR software, particularly WebPT, for accurate record-keeping.Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation staff, to provide integrated care.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Phoenix Spine and Sports Medicine, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Your approach will be tailored to empower each patient, enhancing their ability to engage in daily activities and achieve their wellness goals.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with an impeccable record free from sanctions.Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, demonstrating a talent for delivering effective treatment.Ability to develop and implement successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.Experience with EMR systems, especially WebPT, ensuring meticulous documentation of patient care.Current knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices and techniques that support patient recovery.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly within a sports medicine context.Demonstrated success in improving patient outcomes through evidence-based interventions and personalized care strategies.Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to offer holistic patient care.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
