Summary Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and meeting sales goals in a luxury eyewear boutique. The role requires deep product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and support customers with minor adjustments and repairs. Responsibilities Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers. Assist with minor adjustments and repairs to eyewear. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back‑of‑house areas. Follow and uphold brand policies and store procedures. Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience. Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Preferred: experience operating a POS system and prior luxury sales or eyewear experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
