Responsibilities:- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff by conducting regular patrols and monitoring surveillance equipment.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement security protocols that align with our hospitality standards.
- Provide clear and courteous assistance to guests, addressing any safety concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
- Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response to any incidents.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential risks and recommend improvements to management.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; or · Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school; or any other combination of education, training, or experience provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the job functions.
- Prior Law Enforcement or Military experience preferred.
- Valid, current driver's license required.
- Tuberculosis clearance certification (CA) required.
- CPR Certification, First Aid training, and AED Certification required.
