As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children using individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll help clients build communication, social, academic, and daily living skills while celebrating meaningful progress every day.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Encourage positive behaviors using evidence-based strategies
• Record session notes and client progress
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision
• Travel to client sessions in Greeley and occasionally Longmont using a company vehicle

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain-we'll help!)
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work at least 10 hours per week across three or more weekdays
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record

• Monday-Friday
• Flexible scheduling available
• Typical workload of 20-25 hours per week but will work up to full time as patientload grows
• Summer schedules may include full-day or split shifts
