Purchase Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Purchasing & Vendor Coordinator. If you are fully bilingual, organized, and enjoy negotiating and building relationships, this role is perfect for you! Key Job Functions Vendor Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Procurement & Cost Optimization – Evaluate purchasing options, negotiate contracts, and recommend alternatives to maximize value for the company. Inventory & Payment Oversight – Ensure accurate tracking of purchases, receipts, and inventory while authorizing payments and maintaining records. Additional Responsibilities Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and other key criteria. Interview suppliers and visit their facilities to gather information on products, services, and pricing. Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve shipping issues. What We’re Looking For Fully bilingual in English & Spanish – REQUIRED Strong Microsoft Office and QuickBooks knowledge Excellent negotiation and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Work in a collaborative office environment at our manufacturing warehouse, where your skills in vendor management, negotiation, and organization are valued and rewarded.
