Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Beckley, West Virginia Facility: Pine Lodge Company: Talented Medical Solutions Schedule: 40 hours per week Facility Overview: Pine Lodge is a 120-bed, medium-sized facility in Beckley, WV, providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. The facility holds a Below Average rating for short-term rehabilitation and an Average rating for long-term care, offering an opportunity for dedicated clinicians to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and quality of care. Position Summary: Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Pine Lodge. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life while contributing to a collaborative care environment. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical impairments Provide hands‑on therapy to improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Support both short‑term rehabilitation patients and long‑term care residents Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist license in the state of West Virginia Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long‑term care preferred (new grads welcome to apply) Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Why Join Talented Medical Solutions?
